These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Examiter, operated by Effordea. By downloading or using Examiter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use Examiter only for lawful educational purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or disruption of service is strictly prohibited.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Some features of Examiter may be paid or subscription-based. Payments are processed securely through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not store payment card details.

Any content you submit (such as feedback, test results, or shared materials) remains yours, but you grant Effordea a limited license to use it for improving the app and services.

• Copying, modifying, or distributing Examiter without permission.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code.
• Uploading harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Using the app in ways that may disrupt others’ experience.

Effordea provides Examiter on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of Examiter after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
